The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) seeks bids from firms to provide Scale Maintenance Services for the San Onofre Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF) and San Onofre Platform Scales (PS). Bids must address all services described in the "Scope of Work" as detailed in Exhibit A of the agreement. The scope includes a detailed description of services and work to be performed as a result of this solicitation and referenced exhibits. The agreement will be awarded to the responsive and responsible firm submitting the lowest bid. The invitation is open to all eligible firms and individuals that meet the qualification requirements. Bidders must comply with all instructions provided in the solicitation when preparing and submitting a bid. This includes adherence to general terms and conditions, submission deadlines, and all specified requirements. Public works contractor registration and prevailing wage laws apply. The bidder is responsible for monitoring relevant websites for changes or updates. Agreement terms, extensions, and funding are subject to conditions set forth by the CHP and Department of General Services.
