The Capital Region Council of Governments (CapCOG) reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technical defects, or accept any bid deemed in its best interest. The contract period is April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. Official results will be posted following ratification by the CapCOG Board of Delegates, which will occur at a future regularly scheduled meeting upon receipt of all performance bonds.
