Sealed bids will be received for the 2025 Roadway Improvements to Woolsey Street. Bids must be submitted electronically at https://hamiltonnj.ionwave.net. Bid documents can be obtained from the specified website. Bids not submitted within the designated time, date, and place will be rejected. Bidders must upload a copy of the Surety and Bid Bond with their documents and submit the originals to the Township of Hamilton, Department of Budget and Purchasing. Compliance with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act and Davis Bacon Act is required. Contractors must adhere to requirements for Business Registration, Contract Compliance, Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts, and submit a completed Disclosure of Ownership form and Non-Collusion Affidavit. All requirements regarding worker and jobsite safety per the State of New Jersey Worker Health and Safety Act and the United States Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) must be followed.
