The City of Farmington is requesting bids for Three Phase Padmount Transformers in the following sizes: 75KVA3PH, 150KVA3PH, 500KVA3PH, and 750KVA3PH. Bidders must submit regularly printed literature published by the factory describing the equipment being proposed. The manufacturer's standard warranty for parts and labor must be included in the bid submittal. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt and review of all addenda related to the solicitation. Bidders must also certify as equal opportunity employers and comply with the City’s purchase order terms and conditions. Bidders should estimate and certify taxes applicable to their bids and specify the number of calendar days required for delivery. Alternative specifications or additional notes may be attached on separate sheets as needed. To receive In-State/Resident Veterans Preference points, appropriate certificates must be uploaded in the response attachments.
