The City of Farmington is requesting bids for specialty meters to complete the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project and for reserve stock. Bidders must submit manufacturer name, product number/description, and delivery lead time. Only approved manufacturers and products as listed for each meter or adapter will be accepted. The proposal is subject to the Purchase Order "Terms and Conditions," Proposal/Bid Requirements, and any subsequent contract or agreement. Bidders must certify they are equal opportunity employers and provide information about applicable taxes. Certificates for preferences such as Resident Business, Native American Resident, Resident Veteran, or Native American Resident Veteran must be uploaded if applicable. Suppliers must acknowledge receipt and review of all addenda related to the solicitation. The person completing the response must be authorized to bind the Bidder/Offeror/Contractor and certify the accuracy of the submitted information.
