Demolition and renovation of a multi-residential development in Southside, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development.
Sealed bids are being accepted for two houses located at 2470 and 2484 Batesville Boulevard in Southside. The successful bidder is required to remove the houses, which are sold as is, and is responsible for all expenses related to moving or demolition, including any associated costs. The work must be completed by May 1, 2026, or later if mutually agreed. Sealed bids must be marked "House Sealed Bid" in the lower right corner and received in the City of Southside Recorder’s Office at Southside City Hall, 2181 Batesville Boulevard, Southside, Arkansas 72501 by 12:00 noon on February 2, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. The high bid may be awarded at that time. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved.
