Rich Township High School District 227 is seeking bids for the D227 Summer 2026 Parking Lot Improvements Project at the Rich Township STEM and FAC Campus located in Olympia Fields, IL. Lump sum bids are required and must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the base bid amount, payable to Rich Township High School District 227. The bid proposal must be guaranteed for a ninety (90) day period from the date of bid opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100%.
