Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Madisonville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Installation of septic tank, drain field, and associated linework for the Monroe County Airport. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 (Latest revisions). The bidder's name, address, license number, license limit, expiration date, and the part of classification which applies to the project, as well as the name, address, and licensing information for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Contractors must be on the sealed envelope containing the executed bid proposal. All required items must be listed, and any items that are not applicable to the project must be marked "not applicable to this project." Sealed envelopes will not be opened unless all required information is properly displayed. For additional requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. QA date - 1-27-2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
