The Project Includes the Furnishing of All Labor and Materials For the Construction Complete in-place, of the Following Approximate Quantities: 4,300 Lf Inline Cipp, 8"-9" Vcp Sanitary Sewer 1 Ls Sanitary Sewer Bypass 1,100 Lf 8" and 16" Dip Watermain 16,500 Lf Remove and Replace Curb and Gutter 22,000 Ton Bituminous Wearing Course - Roadway 1,000 Ton Bituminous Wearing Course - Trail 2,500 Sf Concrete Pedestrian Curb Ramp 85 Lf Storm Sewer Catch Basins and Manholes 54 Lf Storm Sewer Sump Manholes 30 Ea 4'-10' Diameter Storm Sewer Structure 700 Lf 15"-21" Storm Sewer 6 Ea Remove and Replace Rigid Pvc Loop Detector 2 Ea Salvage and Reinstall Aps Push Button Pedestal The Provisions of Minn. Stat. 16c.285 Responsible Contractor Are Imposed as a Requirement of This Contract. The City Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids And to Waive Any Bids Received Without Explanation. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of 60 Days. For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents.
