Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Brownsville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Paseo Plaza Apartments, L.P., is soliciting bids for IFB No. 25-005 Paseo Plaza Fortified Roofing Project and is seeking to engage qualified firms to perform the specified professional service. All applicants must comply with the IFB requirements and address all items. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4:00 p.m. C.S.T. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, through the Housing Agency Marketplace. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids that do not fully address the Invitation for Bids requirements may be deemed nonresponsive and eliminated from consideration. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for the IFB item at the specified location and time. The IFB and any future addendums may be obtained from the Housing Agency Marketplace website.
