Bidders must ensure their bid is delivered to the Office of the County Manager by the date and time set for the bid request. Bids delayed beyond the opening date and time will not be considered. A public opening will be held, and any bidder or their authorized representative is invited to attend. Colfax County reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. Project consists of: 1. Installation of two 21,000-gallon water tanks. 2. Installation of non-freeze yard hydrants and fire connection hydrants. 3. Installation of water pump, piping and valves, connections to tank and hydrants. 4. Connections, wiring and conduit, boxes and other electrical necessary to make system operational. D. The Work consists of: 1. Base Bid: Installation of fire fill station at Miami Fire Station including all elements of construction shown for the complete and operational construction of this project.
