As of January 23, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Project is funded through a Texas Health and Human Services Commission grant. Firms must demonstrate experience with CMAR delivery in Texas, supportive housing or multifamily construction, and public or grant-funded projects. The Project consists of the construction of a new permanent supportive housing development designed to serve individuals with mental illness requiring housing and supportive services. The Project will include residential dwelling units, common areas, administrative/support spaces, site work, utilities, and related improvements. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to conduct interviews at its discretion. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Project consists of the construction of a new permanent supportive housing development designed to serve individuals with mental illness requiring housing and supportive services. The Project will include residential dwelling units, common areas, administrative/support spaces, site work, utilities, and related improvements. The Project is funded in part by an HHSC grant and must comply with all applicable state, federal, and HHSC requirements, including reporting, auditing, and reimbursement documentation. Funding is also through local match.
