Renovation of an educational facility in Temple, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,000-square-foot educational facility.

The project consists of renovations to the existing Ag Barn at Temple ISD High School, located at 811 31st Street, Temple, Texas 76501. The scope includes approximately 10,000 square feet of renovations and minor site renovations. Renovations will be carried out on two existing pre-engineered metal buildings: the North Barn (approximately 7,200 SF) and the South Barn (approximately 2,800 SF). Interior renovations involve reconfiguring animal spaces and storage areas, replacing pens, gates, and wash bays, and updating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Exterior work includes installing new pipe fencing, new lighting, and making drainage improvements. Proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline via email, delivery, or fax to the designated recipient. Work will be completed in phases (refer to Exhibit "A" - Phasing Schedule): o Phase 1 - South Barn: Substantial completion required no later than July 31, 2026. o Phase 2 - North Barn and Site Work: Work to commence immediately following Phase 1 and continue from August 2026 through December 2026. Bidders shall account for phasing constraints when preparing bids and shall identify longlead items and include any overtime or premium time required to meet the Phase 1 completion date. The Work includes Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing trades All questions must be submitted directly to American Constructors A. The Project consists of the addition of covered areas adjacent to the existing AG Barn building and limited renovation of AG Barn at the existing Temple High School in Temple, Texas, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by Stantec Architecture. B. The Work consists of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing requirements as indicated in the drawings and specifications.
