CBWTP Natural Gas Pipeline Replacement: Construction bids are invited for the replacement of the CBWTP natural gas pipeline. The successful bidder must certify compliance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or the Davis Bacon Act, 40 USC § 3141 to 3148, related to prevailing wage rates. On projects requiring prequalification, bidders must be prequalified by Procurement Services in the stated category and amount as shown in the project description. Additional prequalification requirements may be outlined in the project specifications. A prequalification application must be filed with Procurement Services at least ten calendar days prior to the last day for receipt of bids unless otherwise stated. All construction bids are due electronically by 2:00 p.m. on the due date. Additional forms disclosing first tier subcontractors are due by 4:00 p.m. Bids will be received and opened publicly at 2:00 p.m. at the specified location. COBID certified firms are encouraged to participate. Plans and specifications can be downloaded from the specified website.
