Renovation of a medical facility in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Replace two existing pedestal steam condensate pumps with new pumps at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The work includes removal of the current pumps, installation of new pedestal steam condensate pumps, and all associated connections, fittings, and adjustments necessary to ensure proper operation. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the replacement in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Testing and verification of the new pump system functionality must be performed upon completion. **Location:** Washington DC VA Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422.
