Rigging services for disassembly and relocation, or demolition, removal, and disposal of large heavy equipment weighing approximately 10 to 35 tons, along with other construction items located at the Washington, D.C. facility and the Landover, Maryland warehouse. Services may also include occasional relocation of similar equipment, materials, and components. Multiple high-priority projects require the removal of machinery and equipment from various areas within the Main and Annex buildings. The contractor shall load, transport, remove, deliver, and dispose of equipment as needed and comply with all applicable off-site scrap disposal requirements. Offerors shall submit any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist by February 4, 2026 / 12:00pm EST from the release date of the RFQ.
