The purpose is to evaluate and rank firms based solely on their professional qualifications, relevant experience, technical expertise, and capacity to perform the services corresponding to the specific task categories for which they wish to be considered. Firms must clearly identify all task areas for which they seek pre-qualification, and the City will evaluate submissions and establish rankings for each applicable task category. To be considered, firms must submit sealed bids to the City of Central Falls Purchasing Agent at City Hall, 580 Broad St., Central Falls, RI 02863 by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 16, 2026. Four hard copies of the sealed bid must be submitted with the firm's name, address, and title "On-Call Architectural and Engineering Services – RFQ 2026-0001" shown on the lower left corner of the envelope. In addition, one digital copy of the bid must be submitted on a USB flash drive. Upon receipt, all proposals become the property of the City without compensation and may be used or disposed of at the City's discretion. The City assumes no responsibility for any costs associated with the preparation or submission of any proposals.
