Parks Canada Agency (PCA) requires a Contractor to provide all equipment, materials, and labor needed to remove lead paint contaminants, complete asbestos abatement and upgrade the siding on a six-plex structure built in the late 1950's located on PCA property at 553 Marmot Street in the town of Banff. The purpose of this work is to improve the building's protection against wildfire by recladding combustible elements with non-combustible materials and reducing the potential for firebrand and ember infiltration into the interior spaces. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2026. All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority. Question Deadline 01/13/2026 Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
