Reference Number 0000408270 Bid Intent Not Available The Clover School District is accepting bids to replace an exterior glass door at Clover High School Ninth Grade Campus. Question Deadline 01/14/2026 at 10:00 AM ET - Questions must be submitted via Email: george.pendleton@clover.k12.sc.us 1. The purpose of this solicitation is to request bids from a qualified vendor to provide and install a wall frame and door unit at the Clover High School Ninth Grade Campus. 2. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received, and to accept the proposal that is the most advantageous to the district. 3. Payments on contracts resulting from this solicitation will be based on receipt and acceptance of materials/service and a proper invoice. 4. The work will be performed at the Clover High School Ninth Grade Campus, 1555 East Highway 55, Clover, SC 29710. The vendor will work closely with the Clover School District on scheduling. 5. The vendor shall provide proof of any and all state and local license needed to perform the above-mentioned project and all documents required by the South Carolina LLR. 6. If there are any changes to the scope of work listed below, a change order must be approved by CSD. Scope of Work Removal of existing aluminum curtain wall frame & door unit, carefully detach header from awning above. Carefully remove ceiling tile away from frame on interior of building & detach track from header. Prepare opening as needed, grind concrete level where new doors will be installed. Install new aluminum frame with anchors & angle as needed. Caulk & trim out to finish. Attach flashing & angle to awning, & re-install ceiling tile to frame header. Install wide threshold in door opening to cover where concrete was ground. Hang new wide stile doors with continuous hinges, new exit devices, power transfers, key removable mullion, new closers & sweeps. Install 1" glass in doors, sidelites, & transoms.
