The Electric Division requests sealed bids for drilling three holes, each four feet in diameter and eighteen and one-half feet deep, through soil and rock. The holes are to be filled with concrete around owner-supplied self-supporting steel poles. Bids must be received at the designated address by the specified date and time. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for all prospective bidders. Late, faxed, or emailed responses will not be evaluated. Bid envelopes must be clearly marked with the bid number and the name and address of the bidder.
