Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,941-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and golf course.
Sealed bids will be received for Pro Shop Reconstruction. All bids must be turned in to the Procurement Manager's Office, City Hall Annex, 1017 College Street, Bowling Green, KY, no later than 10:00 a.m. CT on the date of bid opening. Bids cannot be accepted at any other location. The award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated bid as permitted in KRS 45A.365. Respondents are to submit their bid in a clearly marked sealed envelope with the bid number and description listed above. Ensure the shipping envelope has the bid number clearly listed on the outside. Premature or improperly addressed bids are the responsibility of the sender. The City of Bowling Green reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the bid deemed in its best interest. The purpose of this project encompasses the construction of the new Pro Shop and sewer improvements to the park
