Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the GOBG Bus Shelters. Bids must be submitted to the Procurement Manager's Office, City Hall Annex, 1017 College Street, Bowling Green, KY, no later than 10:00 a.m. CT on the date of bid opening. Bids cannot be accepted at any other location. Respondents must submit their bid in a clearly marked sealed envelope that includes the bid number and description. The shipping envelope must also have the bid number listed clearly on the outside. The City will only consider bids received by the designated date and time. The City of Bowling Green, Kentucky reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, and to select the bid it determines to be in its best interest. The award will be based on the lowest bid price as permitted in KRS 45A.365. All bid forms, information, and specifications are available on the City's website. Please send a copy in writing to Meghan Vanmeter, Procurement Manager (email purchasing@bgky.org). The deadline for questionsisJanuary 23, 2026. Requestsfor clarification and/or for approved-equal substitutions must be received by this deadline. Requests submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
