The property located at 2110 Benton Road, Bossier City, Louisiana has been deemed surplus to the needs of the City of Bossier City and per Ordinance 132 of 2025 shall be removed and disposed according to law. The intent is to seek competitive bids for the demolition and removal of the signage and dilapidated building located at this address. All prospective bidders are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and stay for its duration. Bids can be submitted electronically or physically. The award will be based on an all or none basis. Bid, performance, and payment bonds are required at specified percentages.
