Bidders are instructed to review the HCM testing report for the locations of materials found. Completion-140 days after notice to proceed. 1) (e) hvac equipment to remain fresh air intakes shall be upgraded, and balanced to meet the cfm quantities required per code. 2) the (e) rheem 20 ton package unit from yr. 2000 mounted on metal stand shall be removed and replaced with a new 25 ton package unit, floor mounted side discharge serving cafeteria. 3) the (e) 7-1/2 ton rooftop package unit from yr. 2017 shall remain, and ducwork distribution revised to serve kitchen area only. 4) the three (3) existing 20 ton split systems gas heat from yr. 2000, serving auditorium & band buildings shall be removed & replaced with (3) new 20 ton floor mounted side discharge gas package units. 5) the three (3) existing rooftop units from yr. 1998 serving teachers lounge area@bldg. 100, shall be replaced with 3 new rooftop package units gas heat, of same tons and at same locations. 6) the two (2) existing floor mounted 5 ton units from yr. 1998 serving offices@bldg. 100, shall be removed & replaced with (2) new 5 ton units.
