Sealed bids are requested for multiple prime contracts for Electrical Work and Food Service Work for the 2025 Middle School Kitchen Equipment & Sound System project in accordance with the Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents specified. Bids must comply with the requirements set forth in the instructions to bidders. As bid security, each bid must include a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, per amounts and terms described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are called to observe specified employment conditions and minimum wage rates and must comply with Section 220-I of NYS Labor Law by including a Certificate of Registration as part of their bid. The Owner may reject any or all bids and may waive informalities at their discretion, provided no bidder gains a substantial advantage by such waiver. The bid must remain valid for forty-five days after opening, except in the case of an error as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Site visits are by appointment only. Bid documents may be obtained electronically or in print for a fee, and all official notifications and addenda will be provided through the designated web portal.
