Reference Number 0000406958 Notice is hereby given that Maricopa County (County) is conducting this invitation for SEALED BIDS for the work described herein: The work consists of pavement rehabilitation for 50 roadway segments (5.5 miles total)at Sun City West Units 35, 38A, 40. All construction work on this contract is to be completed within 130 CALENDAR DAYS beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Exclusive of and following the contract time allowed for construction work are 120 CALENDAR DAYS for internal administrative purposes thereby resulting in a total contract performance period of 250 CALENDAR DAYS Bonding Requirements - Surety Bond 10 % Question Deadline 01/20/2026 at 5:00 PM MT All formal inquiries or requests for significant or material clarification or interpretation or notification to the owner of errors or omissions relating to this solicitation must be submitted online.
