** As of March 12, 2026 bid received was rejected. No definite date for rebid.** The Town of Colonie invites bids for the Replacement of Autoclave System at MVWTP DB337. Sealed bids must be received at the Office of Purchasing, Memorial Town Hall, Latham, NY 12110. All bidders must comply with N.Y. Gen. Mun. Law 103. Bids must be submitted in an opaque, sealed envelope marked with the project title and the name and address of the bidder. The submission should include completed pages marked "TO BE SUBMITTED" and any other required documents. Bid security should be included if required. If sent by mail or other delivery system, the sealed bid envelope must be enclosed in a separate envelope marked "BID ENCLOSED." The Town of Colonie reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Attendance at a pre-bid meeting at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant is mandatory for all bidders. All questions about the meaning or intent of this RFB shall be submitted to the Town in writing via email to purchasing@townofcolonie.gov.
