The Town of Colonie invites bids for Chemical Resistant Coating for Caustic Chemical Bulk Storage Tanks KB333. Sealed bids are to be received at the Office of Purchasing, Memorial Town Hall, Latham, NY. All bidders must comply with N.Y. Gen. Mun. Law §103. Bids should be submitted in an opaque, sealed envelope marked with the project title and the bidder's name and address. The submission must include the completed pages marked “TO BE SUBMITTED” and any other required documents, as well as, if required, a bid security. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bond in the sum of 10% of the amount of the bid. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Attendance at a mandatory meeting is required for all potential bidders; those who do not attend will not have their bids accepted.
