*As of 02/04/2026, no bids were received. A timeline for rebid has not been established.* The project is for the replacement of the ultrapure water system at MVWTP KB338. Bids must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope marked with the project title and the name and address of the bidder. The submission must include the completed pages marked “TO BE SUBMITTED” and any other required documents, including bid security if specified. If sent by mail or delivery service, the sealed envelope must be enclosed in another envelope with "BID ENCLOSED" on the face and be marked with the project title and bidder’s information. The Town of Colonie reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids submitted. All questions about the meaning or intent of this RFB shall be submitted to the Town in writing via email to purchasing@townofcolonie.gov.
