Reference Number 0000408069 The Denver Zoological Foundation (DZCA) is seeking qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Facility Master Plan for its approximately 80-acre campus. The Plan will guide phased campus improvements over a 7- to 12-year period and support DZCA's long-term operational, programmatic, and capital planning. The 2026 Facility Master Plan will build on existing assets while establishing a forward-looking vision for a world-class zoo that responds to climate realities, reflects the Zoo's Colorado setting, and advances DZCA's mission to inspire communities to save wildlife for future generations. Successful completion of this project will require a collaborative, stakeholder-driven planning process and the ability to deliver the scope of work on schedule and within budget. At least one key personnel member who will be directly involved in the project (Project Manager or Principal-in-Charge) must attend. Firms that do not attend will not be evaluated. Subconsultants are encouraged but not required to attend. The tour will not be repeated; firms are responsible for sharing information with their subconsultant teams. Weather: Tour will proceed rain or shine except in the event of snow that makes travel hazardous. Dress appropriately for outdoor walking on variable terrain. Comfortable walking shoes required.
