The major items of work include: Demolition of existing lift station components, including fiberglass pump housing, self-priming pumps and motors, associated electrical equipment, level control equipment, discharge and suction piping/valves, and existing concrete wet well lid, concrete pump platform, manhole wet well access, and 96" RCP wet well down to nearest joint. Installation of two submersible wastewater pumps and associated riser and discharge piping/valves, electrical equipment, level control equipment, SCADA system, 96" RCP wet well riser, and cast-in-place wet well lid with aluminum access hatch. The deadline to ask questions is 4/20/2026 2:00 PM CST online. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of the City of Willis in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
