Site work for a road / highway in Willis, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City of Willis is accepting sealed bids for the construction and installation of two (2) non-illuminated monument-style ground signs. The signs will be installed on Interstate 45 at pre-approved locations near the City of Willis on TxDOT property. The signs shall be constructed as monument-style structures not to exceed 20 feet in height and 20 feet in width, engineered to TxDOT specifications. Approved materials include concrete, steel, aluminum, and similar materials. Plastics and wood are prohibited. Contractors must meet all insurance and licensing requirements of the State of Texas. Installation is planned for early March 2026. The City of Willis reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
