Reference Number 0000411103 The work shall generally include removal of temporary patches as well as the removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk; concrete curb and gutter; driveways and drive approaches at various locations throughout the City, some of which are unidentified at this time. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 2500 $ - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 50 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of East Lansing, in the amount of not less than $2,500, which shall be forfeited to the City of East Lansing if the bidder to whom the Contract is awarded fails to enter into a Contract within ten (10) days after the Contract is awarded. The unsuccessful bidders' checks or bid bonds will be returned upon final award of Contract, approved, and executed. The City of East Lansing reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive defects in proposals, and to make the award in its own best interest.
