Description

Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a communication facility.

**As of January 29, 2026, project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project consists of but is not limited to the construction of a 12'-0" x 6' 8" brick sign with a single LED digital display with an alternative option for a double-sided LED digital display. The responsibility for submitting bids (including all requested documents) is solely that of the bidder. Bids received after the closing time will not be considered. Bidders must be properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. There shall be no weapons or guns allowed on City property or private property where work is contracted. The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid or bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest. Bid bond is not required.
