Site work, paving and new construction of a laboratory facility in Quebec, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 0-square-foot, 0-story below grade laboratory facility.
Laboratory of Evaluation of Properties of Energy Materials (Construction) The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for general construction: the construction of the new laboratory, construction of a temporary access road to the experimental complex and anti-intrusion fences around the construction site, connection and routing of electricity and telecommunications lines, connection of designated piping of mechanical installations, construction of parking lots, infiltration basins and landscaping, construction of a protective berm at the end of the work. The resulting Contract will include an Indigenous Benefits Plan (IBP) that aims to provide opportunities for businesses owned and led by Indigenous People. The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
