The work includes the supply and delivery of traffic poles, traffic signal arms, and base plates. Bidders may submit pricing for any or all sections, with each section bid required to be complete. Failure to bid sections in their entirety will result in disqualification for that section. The item numbers in each section are matched with the scope described in the deliverables. Octagonal steel traffic poles and base plates must be provided from the same manufacturer, and the bidder must identify the name of the manufacturer. All proposed subcontractors must possess the required qualifications, experience, and valid licenses. Insurance requirements include Commercial General Liability with a minimum coverage of five million dollars and Automobile Liability Insurance with a minimum of two million dollars. The successful bidder is required to defend, indemnify, and save harmless the Region and its representatives from all claims arising out of or related to the delivery or performance of the contract. The bidder must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and provide references from clients who have obtained similar services in the last ten years with at least three years of experience in supplying and delivering the identified products.
