A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project No. 2019427.00, 230899, 70FA5026Q00000001 The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is soliciting services for the office buildout of a preexisting structure. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to perform the work. Interested vendors must have a Virginia Contractors license, including the Prime vendor. Completion- 730 calendar days MBE (28%), WBE (6.9%) Solicitation No: 70FA5025R00000007 This is an unclassified (U) construction project limited to the construction for the interior tenant fit-out for Tenant-6 within FEMA Building 401 (B401) located at the MWEOC. The successful offeror shall provide professional construction services required to implement the (U) Contract Documents (drawings and specifications) for the fit-out of Class-A interior office space at the MWEOC. This phase of the B401 construction project shall be delivered under separate contract for the tenant-6 fit out. Tenant fit-out shall include all requirements identified in the Contract Documents, CLIN's amendments, and subsequent change orders. The fit out includes but is not limited to circulation space, common space, open office workspace, private office space, conference rooms, communications rooms, general office space, storage, support and special use areas, ceilings, lighting, raised access flooring, cable plant and power distribution systems, furniture, and architectural interior finishes. The area of alteration is approximately 7,000 SF. 1. (U) FOUO information and materials provided to the successful offeror for use during the process of the work shall be handled in accordance with this document and the information shall not be released for public dissemination (classified or unclassified) pertaining to this contract except as provided by the Industrial Security Manual or unless it has been approved for public release by appropriate U.S. Government authority. Proposed public releases shall be submitted for approval prior to release. 2. Shall control and safeguard FOUO in accordance with DHS Directive (MD 11042.1) "Safeguarding Sensitive but Unclassified (For Official Use Only) Information," dated Jan 6, 2005. DHS contractors must sign a special Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving access to FOUO information. Contractors with questions on handling FOUO shall contact FEMA ASB at (202) 212-5352 1. Mission Partner fit-out of Class-A office Space. The space will receive tenant improvements as specified in the Contract Documents (drawings and specifications). 2. The addition of a mechanical Dry Cooler unit and associated site work, power, piping, and other related components located in the level 1 mechanical room. 3. Deconstruct and reinstall existing finish materials to accommodate reconfiguration and the process of the work. 4. New demising walls and partitions, 5. Power distribution, wall devices, lighting, and fire alarm systems will be modified and extended as required to support the new layout. 6. Modification to existing access flooring. 7. An option for full/new ceiling replacement and new LED lighting fixtures will be provided. 8. Base-building cooling and heating equipment will not be modified. Air grilles, VAVs will be replaced as specified in the Contract Documents, and the register and grille locations will be modified to support the new layout. 9. Telecommunications cabling. 10. Provision of pathways for power and cabling distribution in support of the Audio-Visual Systems. (AV Under Separate Contract by MP). 11. Alteration to the existing fire suppression and fire alarm systems as specified in the Contract Documents. 12. Maintain Life Safety requirements throughout the process of the work. 13. Interior finishes. 14. Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) 15. Testing and Commissioning. 16. Activation INTERIOR FINISHES, FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT: 1. New wall finish materials include paint, tile, acoustical panels, 2. New ceiling finish materials throughout 3. New floor finish materials including new integrated floor-mounted cable distribution raceways 4. Modifications to raised flooring systems 5. Trims including baseboards, crown moldings, chair rails, surface-mounted cable distribution raceways 6. Provide and install new systems furniture and case-goods 7. Provide and install IT equipment racks and cable tray 8. Provide and install intercom system 9. Provide and install wall mounted TV screens and monitors 10. Provide and install new IT and telecom cable-plant throughout, and cable-plant management documentation.
