Fire suppression system maintenance services, including testing, inspection, and preventative maintenance in accordance with NFPA 13, NFPA 17, NFPA 2001, and NFPA 25 standards for semi-annual, annual, and long-term intervals ranging from 5 to 20 years. Work includes supporting a wide range of systems such as wet sprinkler, dry sprinkler, pre-action systems, kitchen hood Ansul-based systems, clean agent systems, foam-based suppression systems, and associated fire pumps. The contractor shall provide all required certifications, technical expertise, and qualified personnel to ensure proper operation, compliance, and reliability of fire protection systems. Personnel and subcontractors must possess an active, fully adjudicated Top-Secret clearance to perform the work.
