Question Deadline 01/23/2026 All questions should be written and submitted via email to Christina Mastro, Christina.Mastro@WashigntonCountyMN.gov with the subject line Automated Materials Handling System. The successful Bidder is to provide the equipment, labor, and materials necessary for the provision and installation of an automated materials handling system for Park Grove Library. All proposals must be submitted on the provided forms, fully completed and signed, and in compliance with the contract documents. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes inscribed with "PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATED MATERIALS HANDLING SYSTEM FOR PARK GROVE LIBRARY" and the Bidder's name and address. Corrections to proposals must be initialed in ink. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive defects or technicalities, and to determine whether a Bidder meets the established criteria. Amplifying data may be submitted if indicated on the proposal form and attached. The Bidder must provide all descriptive material necessary for the County to determine whether the service offered meets the requirements and to establish exactly what is proposed. No proposals may be withdrawn for thirty days after opening. Bids received after the specified time will not be considered. Only revisions made by County addendum will be accepted. Information must be obtained only from the County's authorized representative.
