The work includes the construction of approximately: 1,800 LF Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 56,000 SY Bituminous Street Milling 12,000 SY Bituminous Trail Removal 9,600 TN Bituminous Mixtures 10,000 SF Concrete Walk and Pedestrian Ramps 3,000 SY Seed, Fertilizer, Hydraulic Mulch 30,000 LF Pavement Markings The work includes the construction of approximately: 1,800 LF remove and replace concrete curb and gutter; 56,000 SY bituminous street milling; 12,000 SY bituminous trail removal; 9,600 TN bituminous mixtures; 10,000 SF concrete walk and pedestrian ramps; 3,000 SY seed, fertilizer, hydraulic mulch; 30,000 LF pavement markings, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with plans and specifications. Bidders are required to obtain a copy of the standard document entitled "Standard Specifications for Utility and Street Construction," dated January 2026, which includes procurement and contracting requirements and specifications. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract in the owner's best interest.
