Reference Number 0000408514 The project is located at 5941 Highway 1 Bypass, Natchitoches, LA 71457. The project consists of approximately 8,100 square feet of new roofing. New roofing is to be 24 gauge with a standing mechanical seam. Ridge, eave, rake trim, gutters, downspouts, chimney flashing, roof jacks, and other necessary components shall be included. Existing standing seam metal roof (snaplock style), and all trim, gutters downspouts, flashing, and necessary components are to be removed. This project is at an office with ongoing operations. The office will be kept open throughout the entirety of the project. Contractor shall make certain to keep the office entrances and parking lot area accessible and free of hazards. The contractor shall be responsible for preventing water leaks throughout all stages of the project. Any damage arising from weather penetrating the roof during construction shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
