Reference Number 0000408531 Question Deadline 03/09/2026 at 3:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online Yes The purposes for this Request for Proposal are as follows: Establish master agreements with the top two to three firms for a maximum agreement amount of $1 million - $3 million to provide on-call profession engineering design services for the City's storm drain system in the next 6 years. This is at the discretion of the City's priority and available funding and projects availabilities. Execute a contract with the top firm either through the master agreement (identified above) or an independent agreement for the Harrison St. Neighborhood Flood Protection Improvements Project. The selected firms shall provide engineering design services to prepare schematic design and bid documents (plans, specifications, and engineer's estimate - PS&E) for public works bidding for the required storm drain rehabilitation/improvement project (PROJECT). The requested engineering design services involve schematic design, detailed design, bidding and award support, and construction support. See Attachment A, Scope of Services, for the anticipated professional services necessary to meet the purpose for this PROJECT. The selected firm shall be able to provide comprehensive engineering services that encompasses all disciplines, which include, but are not limited to civil, electrical, mechanical, plumping, geotechnical, environmental, and any other disciplines deemed necessary to complete the PROJECT.
