Reference Number 0000409718 Question Deadline 02/12/2026 at 3:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online Yes The City of Santa Clara, Public Works Department (City), is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the following services: Fire Station 5 Design: The services involve preliminary engineering, cost estimate, public outreach, detailed design, bid documents (plans, specifications, and engineer's estimate - PS&E), bidding and award support, and construction support as described in detail in Attachment A, Scope of Services for Fire Station 5 Design. Fire Station 7 Study: The services include, but are not limited to, condition assessment and evaluation of Fire Station 7, preparing a preliminary study / conceptual design for Fire Station 7 as described in detail in Attachment A, Scope of Services for Fire Station 7 Study. Qualified firms may submit proposals for one or both services. The City will select one or more Consultant(s) to work on one or both of these services.; The City reserves the right to create a list of qualified consultants for the purpose of negotiating and entering into a service agreement to manage the design and remaining phases for Fire Station 7.
