Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District desires to retain the services of Architectural-Engineering firm(s) to provide professional Architectural-Engineering and Related Professional Design Services. The intent is to identify and contract with responsible, qualified professional firms for future requests for specific projects and services on an as-needed basis related to renovation, replacement, and/or new construction of fire station facilities and campuses. The solicitation may result in a single or multiple awards, with a maximum contract limit not to exceed five million dollars for a term of up to five years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. This RFP may result in a single award or multiple awards. If an award is made, it is County Fire's intent, in its sole discretion, to award an agreement with a maximum contract limit (MCL) not to exceed five million dollars ($5,000,000) for a term of up to five (5) years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
