Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Tiffin, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,000-square-foot, two-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The scope of work consists of construction of South Point outlook. This outlook will be 50 foot in diameter and consist of concrete, block walls covered in brick and caps on the top of the walls. Bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information may be obtained from the City Administration. Only electronic versions of the bidding documents will be available and provided to the plan holder at no charge. All prime contractors bidding the project must obtain their plans and bidding documents directly from the City Administration and be plan holders with the City Administration. Bids must be in accordance with the specifications and on the forms available from the City Administration and must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked CITY OF TIFFIN - SOUTH POINT. The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information may be obtained from the City Administration. Only electronic versions of the bidding documents will be available. All work including restoration and clean-up shall be completed no later than the contract completion date. Failure to complete all work within the allotted time will result in assessment of liquidated damages. Upon completion of all work and written notification of same by the Contractor, the Engineer and Owner will compile a punch list. The punch list will be sent to the Contractor. All punch list work shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Engineer and the Owner within 14 days after receipt of the punch list. Failure to complete the punch list work within the allotted time will result in assessment of liquidated damages.
