Scope of Work The St. Johns River Water Management District (the "District") is seeking bids from qualified experienced Contractors to provide and plant specified native submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV) in designated areas of Lake Apopka and on the Lake Apopka North Shore ("Work"). The District anticipates planting an estimated 20-50 acres annually under this Agreement. However, this amount is an estimate only; a minimum and maximum amount is not guaranteed. Interested and qualified Respondents are invited to submit a complete submittal package in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in this solicitation. Submittals must address all elements of the Scope of Work and comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
