The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) requires asbestos inspection services to verify that asbestos removal performed by a separate contractor is complete and that no asbestos fibers remain in treated spaces. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and any other necessary services to perform inspections and clearances. The contractor is responsible for all licensing, state notifications, and administrative submissions required to accomplish the tasks. Inspections will cover the removal of floor tile, mastic, and cove molding in multiple rooms, including: 300 sq. ft. in room 32A; 176 sq. ft. in room 32B; 235 sq. ft. in room 34; 1,103 sq. ft. in room 154; 44 sq. ft. in room 154A; 503 sq. ft. in room 154B; 192 sq. ft. in room 154C; 297 sq. ft. in room 154D; 27 sq. ft. in room 154H; 91 sq. ft. in room 156; 322 sq. ft. in room 158; and 594 sq. ft. in room 174, along with corresponding lengths of cove molding and mastic. Offerors must demonstrate at least five years of experience with similar projects, provide references for five asbestos inspection projects completed within the past three years, and hold a New Hampshire or reciprocal state asbestos inspector license. Contractors must have an established location within 250 miles of Hanover, NH and confirm the ability to meet performance schedules.
