Question deadline: 01/19/2026 Sealed bids will be received for the following bid packages: Roofing Trades (Estimates shown include contingency) Bid Package 1: Waite Re-Roof Project - Low Slope Roof - Estimate: $1,150,000 Bid Package 2: Waite Re-Roof Project - Sloped Roof - Estimate: $1,006,000 Bid Package 3: Combined Bid (Packages 1 & 2) - Estimate: $2,156,000 The Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the proper completion of the Waite H.S. Re-Roof Project (referred to as the "Project"), all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional. Contract Bond: The successful Bidder who, as a Bid Guaranty, submits a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid, shall furnish a Contract Bond in the form Contract Bond included in the Bid Documents in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum. NOTE: AIA Bond forms are not acceptable. The Owner reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities. The Bidder expressly acknowledges this right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, or to reject any incomplete or irregular bid. The Owner will award a single contract for each of the bid packages listed above or one or more combined contracts for combinations of the Bid Packages. Bidders must furnish all information requested on or accompanying the Bid Form. Failure to do so may result in disqualification of the bid.
