Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and educational facility.

The work includes adding new surveillance cameras and associated system throughout the interior public area, at exterior entrances, and on the Southeast and Northeast corners of the roof at ExtraMile Arena on the Boise State University Campus. It also involves replacing existing security cameras on level 1 and on the roof and adding two existing PTZ cameras at the balcony level above the catwalk area over the arena seating. New cameras will be installed in circulation areas, entries, and areas where transactions occur. The work also requires patch and repair of existing finishes and fireproofing, as well as fire caulk at penetrations through fire rated assemblies. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required.
