Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a five-room retail development.
Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC) invites proposals from qualified prospective buyers for the purchase of ground-floor commercial condominium space within the 1010 W. Jefferson Street Commercial Space and Public Parking Facility, a mixed-use, multi-story public parking garage under development at the intersection of 10th Street and West Jefferson Street in Boise, Idaho. The Project site encompasses the southern half-block bounded by West Jefferson Street and 10th and 11th Streets. CCDC seeks to dispose of five ground floor commercial condominium units, ranging from approximately 1,200 to 2,500 square feet. Four of these units can be combined into two larger spaces, each about 4,000 square feet. CCDC will evaluate and select proposals for each unit separately, and the price will be competitively determined through the RFP process to ensure fair market value. Respondents may submit proposals for one or more units, and CCDC reserves the right to select a proposal for one or more, but not necessarily all, of the units in multi-unit proposals. Precursors to disposition may include proof of adequate financing and approval of all land use entitlements. Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. local time on April 7, 2026.
